1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using https://www.easyfloridadriversed.com (hereafter "the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please review them thoroughly. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Site.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
EasyPass Driving School provides users with a comprehensive TLSAE (Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education) course for Florida drivers. This service is provided "as is", and any use of this service is at your own risk.
3. REGISTRATION
To access the TLSAE course, users may be required to register on the Site. Users must provide accurate and complete information and ensure this information remains up-to-date.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. Furthermore, users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account and agree to notify EasyPass Driving School of any unauthorized use.
5. PAYMENT
All services provided are charged as indicated on the Site. Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly mentioned.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions without notice. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.
7. TERMINATION
EasyPass Driving School reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.
